How to order
You can set your order adding or removing products according to your needs and them will be accumulated in your cart.
You can enter into your cart to modify the contents of the order, add or delete products until making the order confirmation.
The payment must be done within a maximum of 10 days after the acceptance of the order. After that period, if MARACOLORI has not received the payment, then the order will be canceled and removed from the system.
Payment
- Bank Transfer. Make a bank transfer to the account indicated when making the order. If you want to expedite the process, you can send the payment receipt to email: info@maracolori.com.
- Paypal Payment. If you choose this option, just follow the steps indicated by Paypal. At the end of this process, if the operation was successful, we will receive an email with the payment confirmation and we will proceed to prepare your order.
Delivery
The shipment will be made by registered letter through post
How much will the shipping be?
- Free pick up at the MARACOLORI workshop located at: Avenida Europa 27, Gandia, Valencia, Spain.
- Free shipping worldwide for orders over € 80
- Orders for less than € 80 the shipping cost will be:
- Spain (including the Canary Islands): € 7,26 tax included
- Europe: € 13,31 tax included
- Rest of the world: € 14,76 tax included
Those costs do not include the customs clearance costs upon arrival that will be borne by the customer. We encourage you to report properly before ordering.
How long will the shipping take?

You will receive an e-mail the day we make the shipment with the tracking number
Shipping times will depend on the destination:
- Spain (including the Canary Islands):3 business days
- Europe: 2-4 business days
- Rest of the world: Depending on the destination
Returns
Any item purchased that is not to the customer's complete satisfaction can be exchanged or returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the event that the product has a defect, which will be borne by MARACOLORI.
The client only has to contact us by email info@maracolori.com. MARACOLORI will not accept returns that have not been previously communicated through the indicated channels.
The return will be effective in the same form of payment in which the order was placed and once the products were received by Maracolori. It will be limited to unused items that are returned in perfect condition, in the same conditions and packaging in which they were received.
It is necessary to package the articles in an appropriate way, in order to avoid a possible deterioration in the product. In addition, it is essential that the following address appear on the outside of the package:
